While she continued to write poems, it wasn't until 10 years later that she wrote her first novel. Afraid that she would fail and lose the one dream she had, Jae sat her first book on a shelf (literally) and let it stay there unread for two years.

When she finally let her mother read it, her mother recognized her talent instantly. She edited the book herself and without telling Jae, she submitted a book sample to five small publishing companies. To their surprise, Jae received five contract offers in five days. Her dream had come true. All she had to do was choose wisely.

She chose her best option and became a published author! Months passed with no real confirmation of how she had been received by the industry. Just when she thought she had failed at the only thing she ever wanted to do, another author in the company congratulated her on going Number 1 in urban fiction on Amazon. Jae was a best selling author! Unfortunately it didn't work out with that publisher.

Her next phase in the writing industry began when she connected with two friends and became C.O.O of a publishing company they started together. Jae loved her position and played her role well. The problem was... her C.E.O didn't like the fact that Jae had her hands in so much of the company. So after only five months and with 25 authors and 42 books published, the company was dismantled. Jae found herself lost and trying to figure out what her next step should be.

After realizing she was ready to do it on her own, she worked and learned the publishing process for herself. So she decided to self publish. In the next year and a half, Jae not only republished her first four books, but she also wrote and self published nine more, bringing her catalog to 13 self published books in 8 genres! With much promotion on her part, Jae went on to be nominated for awards and make best seller several more times. She had found her formula.

Promoting her own books lead to her co-hosting multiple small radios shows which in turn led to her meeting her first coaching clients. The rest is history!

Under Justjae Warner Presents LLC, she has help over 200 first-time authors become self published and some have even become best sellers. She is now internationally experienced with award winning clients.
